Hi guys, i just started my first 2.5mil, i weigh 17st looking to weigh 10stones . i will give weekly updates on my journey.

Sides effects for me, is just looking at food mades me feel sick thats all so fair touch wood.

I am aiming and water and just 500 kcal a day.

Good Luck on your journey. I wouldn't recommend 500kcal a day though. You will feel terrible!

Your body still needs energy and time fuction properly.

I started at 16st 10lb and I'm now 15st 5lb.

That has taken 7 weeks.

I use nutracheck and hit about 1200 cals a day. Some days less. I have struggled to get food in some days though.

Constipation and stomach acid have been the worst side effects for me.

I'm prescribed by GP for my type 2 diabetes and high BMI.

It still requires will power but the feeling of being starving and giving in has been taken away so sticking to a healthy diet is do much easier. I cannot believe how much smaller my portions are now too!

500 cals a day is way too low. your hair will fall out.

OP, you need to work out what your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is and then aim for that.

I have a really really thick hair. and thanks for the advice i will up it to 1000kcal a day. its just i feel horrible in my skin and really aiming to lose 2stones within 8 weeks. i am drinking plenty of water and veg and chicken. i will try the protein drinks.
