What to eat on Mounjaro?

I’m planning on starting Mounjaro next week and want to get prepared. I’ve read that it’s best to avoid really fatty foods but I was wondering if this includes healthy fats like avocado, olive oil, full fat natural yogurt, eggs etc? I’m vegetarian so meat isn’t an issue, but I do want to keep healthy! I’m also a cheese fiend - how does that tend to affect your stomach and nausea etc?

Thanks all!

It really means minimise "junk food" which you will need to do anyway as otherwise you won't lose weight!
You need to eat good fats for your own health.
I eat all of the above and eat very little processed food.
I have so far avoided most gastric side effects.

I'm using Wegovy rather than Mounjaro, had no digestive issues with it to speak of, massively reduced appetite which is great. I'm certainly not avoiding fats but I used to eat a fair bit of butter, but since starting I don't think I've eaten butter once! Just don't fancy it.
I even ate dry rice cakes happily yesterday. 😱 So you might find your appetite adjusts in terms of what you feel like eating anyway. And not snacking cuts down the fats, I used to snack on toast, crumpets, etc - all the butter traps!
