They are calling back today. Should I expect short shrift? I was taking it privately last summer but it was just too expensive.

It definitely worked for me and as I have CFS and fybromyalgia I find it hard to get enough exercise because after work I'm exhausted.

I will keep you posted.

GP’s won’t prescribe it for weight loss afaia. Even our tier 4 weight management service don’t prescribe it at the moment.

So as predicted it was a no but he said his hands are tied and he would if he could as its worked for his father and FIL! He suggested trying Wegovy as its a bit cheaper.

It’s in major shortage and being prescribed only for diabetics

I do wish everyone would stop wasting GP time they cannot give it to you

I'm not wasting anyone's time thanks, I'm hoping to become healthier so I do not need support from the NHS in future because of obesity. If you read what I said, the Dr actually wanted to prescribe it but said his hands were tied.
