So many people on here seem to be using them. Those who used them, lost weight and stopped, were they able to maintain? If you had side effects did they ease off? Did anyone get side effects the more they continued on them.

I used them for 5/6 months then stopped

have lost more weight since stopping and gained no weight.

didn’t get up to the max dose

no side effects anymore I had lots when on them and I didn’t like it

I have had to do a lot of hard work to keep going it’s not easy

Yes I lost 4 stone and have kept it off since I stopped around Christmas time. Of course I've overhauled my diet and exercise so I don't put it back on. It's not easy but I'm so glad to be off the injections and have my enjoyment of food and energy back.

Oh and yes I had side effects while on them. Nausea and vomiting. Stomach pain. Diarrhoea. Low energy. Heartburn. Didn't stop until I stopped the injections.

I used saxenda and lost 8kg and then the medication became unavailable. I kept 6kg of the weight off for 2yrs and have continued to lose weight with Mounjaro.

edited to add: I lost weight very very fast on Saxenda and had crippling gall bladder pain. It made waking up from a GA C section with no pain relief on board seem like a cake walk.

With MJ my main issue has been jaw clenching.
