WHOLE FOODS ONLY CHALLENGE- June 2024

Starting TODAY, I am setting myself a challenge of only eating whole unprocessed foods for the entire month (or as close to this as possible!)

So far today has been perfect except oat milk in my coffee which is an exception I am willing to allow 🤣🤣

I want to see how different I feel/ look as a result of doing this for 30 days straight.

Would anyone like to join me?

Thinking we can post what we eat at the end of each day and see how many days we can be 0% processed!!!

So today I have had

Breakfast- plain yogurt, banana, oats and raw cashews

Snack- dried pineapple and raw almonds

Lunch- salad of quinoa, chicken, spinach, sweet potato

Snack- raw nuts and raisins

Dinner - rice, lentils, veg in pesto

2 coffees with oat milk

Review- a very good start for me. Other than oat milk and the pesto, an almost totally unprocessed day!

I’d love to join, would like to have some accountability. But I eat various types of non-wheat pasta (sweet potato noodles, shirataki, high-buckwheat soba, rice noodles and bean noodles) because I’m gluten intolerant. Do they count as processed? Same with tofu - processed?

How did it go @lipglossandmascara ? Am thinking of doing the same.
