Rybelsus 3mg

Can anyone tell me where I might be able to get Rybelsus 3mg at the moment? I didn't tolerate Ozempic even on the lowest dose of that.

Why do you think you would tolerate rybelsus since it is still semaglutide?

AFAIK Rybelsus is only licensed for diabetes and not weight loss.

It (Rybelsus) is available for weight loss through my weight loss pharamacy who seem to be legit as far as I know - but only at higher doses and I want to start on the lowest one. I think they make different forms of the same drug partly because some people can tolerate one form but not another. Also the tablets are daily so I think the effects wear off daily rather than weekly which is better if they give me palpitations again (been told these aren't dangerous but they do make it impossible to sleep so I can't live with them long term).
