Sorry ladies if this has been covered umpteen million times...
My friend and I are starting the Slimming World plan. I am just really stuggling to understand what to do though.
I know there are red days and green days, and A's and B's and Syns and free foods...and other than that I have no idea!
I can choose from either a green day...or a red day am I right?
Any help would be gratefully received, I've read the slimming world site from front to back and I'm still confused!
