I have put on nearly 3 stone since lockdown ended and it has affected my self confidence massively (I was a size 8, 5 ft 4, nice figure during lockdown) I don't have the time to exercise as much as needed or the motivation and willpower to eat healthier to lose weight!! I'm going on holiday this year and I'm dreading it (and the summer months in the uk) - none of my summer clothes fit at all and I'm shocked at how much bigger I have got without realising until now!! I have had to buy all new holiday clothes 2 dress sizes bigger
I have been reading into Wegovy and wondering if it's worth using for a few months to give me a kickstart and help me get back to my previous weight and clothes size? Along with walking more and calorie counting
