I am stuck in a rut. I am eating the same things over and over again. Please could you help me out with some new meal ideas for summer that come in under 400 calories?

Also low calorie snacks that satisfy that sweet craving if possible.

Thank you 🙏

I have this twice a week: https://www.recipetineats.com/moroccan-baked-eggplant-with-beef/#wprm-recipe-container-25354 I do it with Lamb Mince but only have half an aubergine (and then have it again the next day to use up the remainder of the lamb mince - so about 125G Lamb Mince per meal) rather than a whole one. It's really filling and satisfying. It's about 400(ish) calories depending on how generous you are with the yoghurt!

I also have this with a chicken breast and again it's about 400 calories. https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/carrot_salad_with_yogurt_38477

I also do a beef and broccoli stir fry with beansprouts (no noodles) which is about 400 calories (depending on your steak portion!)

This is also amazing and under 300 calories.

The recipe above lies though. I can make 30 portions out of it - NOT 16. They must be making bloody massive portions is all I can say. 1 (out of 30) is about 60 calories or so and its amazing with a cup or tea or coffee or even after dinner. They're very sweet so one is enough. The only thing I will say is you 100% need to put the 'dough' in the fridge to set for 4-5 hours before you roll the balls and put in the oven - otherwise the balls just collapse when they're in the oven!

Vietnamese Noodle Salad with Shrimp (Prawn)

Bright, zesty flavours, incredibly healthy but satisfying! Easy and fast to make, this Vietnamese Noodle Salad with Shrimp (Prawn) recipe is made using a simple, delicious dressing recipe by famous Aussie chef Bill Granger.

2 frozen salmon fillets less than 200 calories.Steam veg and a stir fry sauce

Wean yourself off the sweet snacks and then you will have more calories for meals. It's all much easier if you can knock the cravings on the head.

Brunch: two bits of small toast, scrape of butter, four bacon medallions, tomato, salad leaves; under 300 calories

Those tuna fusion little tins you get (Aldi does them) are great and about 130 calories, serve in a pitta with salad for around 300 calories all in.

Prawns mixed with salsa, chipotle sauce, chilli, coriander as a salad or on a pitta

Egg foo yung: I had a good recipe, which o can’t find, but was tasty and about 400/450

Yum. Thank you. Some lovely ideas to try.

My sweet tooth is a whole other problem. I try to limit it to under 100 calories per day. I think a little of what you fancy is not a bad thing though.
