Last year I lost a stone slow and steady and felt quite good. Still had a way to go. Christmas threw me. Had a mental health blip and haven’t been able to get back on track. Put back on half of what I lost at my heaviest. currently 12st 13 & 5ft 4 so tipping into the obese category 😢
got a weekend away not this weekend coming but next.
want a kick start so thinking fast 800 (haven’t bought a plan just from googling) until I go away. Not usually into “diets”. Usually done whole food, min ultra processed, low sugar. But it’s so slow and I really need a re set.
going to need to muddle through tomorrow as not much shopping in.
I have also written out a workout/movement plan to fit in round my week as I’ve been slacking on that too. 3 resistance work outs, walks, longer walks, some stretching and yoga.
