Cutting out potatoes, bread, pasta and rice 😀

I'm 5ft 10 was 13stone 4 now 12st 10.

Most of this will be water I've lost surely?
Still pleased with the number on the scales though.

Yes I lost that much my first week too. By the end of the month 18lbs, but in the second month it slowed way down to a more reasonable 1-2lb/week loss.

By the way what's your goal weight? I'm 5'10 too and my goal is just under where you are at now. I'd be a size 12-14 then which I think is fine for that height - anything less I'd find hard to maintain

Amazing! That's fantastic!

I'm on the same journey of cutting out carbs, hoping to lose a stone in 2 months.

Im really hopeful I can be good Monday to Friday, treat myself to some carbs at the weekend and still shift this stone???

Did you weigh yourself at the same time of day?

When I'm dieting I only weigh first thing in the morning before I have ate and drink anything, that way the weight is comparable and it stops me from weighing myself to much as I only have a small window of opportunity to weigh myself.

Weight can fluctuate throughout the day by quite a few pounds.

Yes that's fairly typical for first week on low carb. I tend to find that week 2 or 3 reduces to almost nothing before settling at 1/2lb per week or slightly less so don't let a stall for a week or two out you off.
