Can I give myself half a dose

I have a new 5mg Mounjaro pen with 3 doses left. I need to move back down to 2.5mg due to side effects. If I half the number of clicks of a 5mg dose, will this be the same as a 2.5 dose? I don't want to throw away the pen after spending so much money.

I don't know of this specific drug but every other pen with "clicks" that I've used, yes.
If you do 6 clicks to get it to 5mg, then do 3 and you'll get 2.5mg. If you have three doses of 5mg left that gives you 15mg left in the pen, so that'll give you 6 doses at 2.5.

Hi, I started 2.5mg of Mounjaro on Tuesday, and yesterday and today having severe headaches, tired and feeling really odd. I’m not diabetic, just overweight. I’m hydrated and only eaten a few bits. Would it be blood sugar levels? Feeling very strange….

60 clicks is full 5mg... 30 click half. Same with all pens
