Does anyone use these as part of a calorie controlled diet and had good results?

I use the protein works extreme meal replacement shakes occasionally, they are decent. I have the strawberry one and a peanut and chocolate one.

I do use protein powder daily but I tend to buy it from myprotein.

Yes, but not daily. I find they keep me going for a couple of hours so I would have one for example if I am going to a BBQ or eating out and want to eat fairly lightly I might have one beforehand. Or to tide me over to a meal.

They are a good balanced shake and quite low calorie, and they are quite thick so do fill you up. Personally I couldn't replace breakfast and lunch with them I don't think because I would be too hungry but I do find them a useful tool as part of a calorie counted diet.

I will probably have one for a late lunch today because I will have a late breakfast that is bigger than normal and it will tide me over to dinner. I could probably have eggs and loads of salad for the same calories/macros though.

Long story short, they are convenient and can be helpful but aren't a magic weight loss solution.
