Ozempic sickness strange grape like bought up

hi,been on ozempic for 6-7 months and the last couple of weeks if i dont eat in the day sometimes i end up being sick,once last week and once this week i have bought up what i can only describe as an object like a white/cream grape looks like one and slightly bigger euch

i did have some red grapes days ago but its not an actual grape but looks very similar

today i squished it and it is like a paste inside no smell
has anybody had similar??
feel fine apart from that and yes im trying to eat in the day as nausea come on when not eating

There is some research on Bezoars in connection with GLP -1 medications. Could it be that?

will take a look and see if i can make any sense lol
