Loose skin 4st weight loss??

I'm short and usually 8 stone. I have ballooned to 11st 5lbs (down from 12.10) thanks to a combination of anti-depressants, high stress levels and lack of exercise/sleep (carer 24/7 for home ed autistic son). Put it on around 4-5 years ago very rapidly.

I desperately want to lose the weight and get back to my normal self but I'm so worried about what my body will look like after! I have always been very flat and tight, bounced straight back after having my son, no loose skin or stretch marks but that was 11 years ago. I'm now 40 😭

Has anyone managed to lose 4-5 stone at a similar height and had no wobbly, jiggly, wrinkly bits and loose skin? Especially upper arms, tummy, inner thighs, bottom and neck.

I don't eat much just because I don't have much of an appetite and I walk 2 hours a day now briskly, do a bit of wall pilates and weights when I can. Still no sleep though and high stress levels. It is very slow to budge!

Any stories positive and negative would be much appreciated so I can be realistic about what to expect. Thank you!

I have lost around 5 stone in a year (yes, on that jab), 50+, short, had carried the weight for around 8 years. Went from a size 18/20 to a 10. I'm surprised and delighted by the lack of loose skin. Yes there's a bit of a turkey neck, crepey skin and my boobs and tummy will never be the same, bum slightly deflated but still ok shape, and facial lines are a bit deeper. But I'd say I don't look that different to 50+ women who were never obese iykwim. It was worse a few months ago, I swear it's slowly sorting itself out.
But there's no telling what it will be like for you. I "bounced back" pretty fast after having kids too, and never got stretch marks. Fair with sensitive, dry skin. Never did much exercise. Pretty good at taking my omega 3, collagen and eating protein though.
Don't let your worry stand in your way. Being that overweight can be harmful. A bit of saggy skin isn't.
