I'm short and usually 8 stone. I have ballooned to 11st 5lbs (down from 12.10) thanks to a combination of anti-depressants, high stress levels and lack of exercise/sleep (carer 24/7 for home ed autistic son). Put it on around 4-5 years ago very rapidly.
I desperately want to lose the weight and get back to my normal self but I'm so worried about what my body will look like after! I have always been very flat and tight, bounced straight back after having my son, no loose skin or stretch marks but that was 11 years ago. I'm now 40 ðŸ˜
Has anyone managed to lose 4-5 stone at a similar height and had no wobbly, jiggly, wrinkly bits and loose skin? Especially upper arms, tummy, inner thighs, bottom and neck.
I don't eat much just because I don't have much of an appetite and I walk 2 hours a day now briskly, do a bit of wall pilates and weights when I can. Still no sleep though and high stress levels. It is very slow to budge!
Any stories positive and negative would be much appreciated so I can be realistic about what to expect. Thank you!
