Where to buy 2.4mg wegovy in an emergency

I am currently on an unexpected visit to the UK (mum had an emergency admission to hospital).
I take 2.4mg of wegovy but I only have next week's dose left in my pen.
Does any one know where I could buy a new pen from as I don't have a UK GP.
I have my current box with name and details on and could obviously provide photo id etc if required.
Boots and Asda both want UK GP details. 🤷‍♀️

Register with a GP as a temporary resident? is it for diabetes or weight loss?
