A bit dubious about walking in and altho I know how much i weigh i know that when i have to get on the scales i will cry and will feel like a real idiot, is it worth the money,how much is it?? i am on their website now, think i just need a shove

Hi, you have posted on the WW thread I'm on. Just wanted to offer support on here.

I have no idea how much it is, I bought the pack off ebay and am trying to follow it by myself. I had a good week last week but am struggling just now as I feel a bit off-colour.

It is one fo the better diets though.

I expect they are used to different reactions to the initial weigh-in, I'm sure you wouldn't be the first to cry. They aren't supposed to judge...

I go to WW, and its working. Went once before after 1st child was born (have 3 now) and it worked then too. Dont be embarrased because everyone is in the same situation. tou will get plenty of support there too. I think its £5.50 or £5.75 per week but knowing that you will be getting weighed by someone else really helps you to stay on track,
