Is my Mounjaro pen empty?

I just cannot find an answer anywhere to reassure myself!
Last month looked the same after dose four, and I just accepted it and assumed that it was finished. But now I'm doubting myself because it really looks like there's one dose left...

No it’s not empty. There is a bonus 5th dose in there that will be somewhere around 3mg or so depending on how much you’ve used for priming the previous injections. You can take it out with an insulin needle or by twisting the top really hard (but don’t do that with a needle on it!)

Thank you so much for answering, I bought some insulin needles and it totally worked. Got an entire extra dose. So pleased that I checked, I hate the thought of wasting it!

Ah I am glad I found this post!! I have just done my 3rd dose of .25 and panicked for 20 minutes that I haven't injected myself properly for the last 2 weeks!! Out of interest - the priming - I'm not sure I am mastering this? The instructions say to set it to 0 each time, which it always is after the last dose?! Pop the needle on, and there is M I N I M A L fluid at the top of the needle so I don't even really need to flick the pen very much. The boom, in it goes once I've turned the dial to 1.....
