Weight watchers

Does anyone here follow weight watchers and recommend it at all?

Hi,

I am looking at joining WW and was wondering if;

1. Anyone recommends the diabetes program - is it lower carb like I am hoping for?

2. Would anyone be willing to share a (I think I’d get 3mth free and you’d get a month free?) code with me, as I am expecting to be on the program for between 5 and 12 mths depending on how i get on, so if I could save a bit, it would really help, otherwise I think they may do a 30day free trial if I can find one, just to make sure its going to work for me?

3. Also, are the new studio workshops just like the meetings of old (weigh, celebrate or commiserate, chat about nutrition etc or something different? I did go, but it was years ago and I appreciate things do change!
