Confused by measurements

Please don't judge my weight but I've just weighed myself and I'm 197.5 lbs. Google says this is 14.107143 stone.

I'm confused as to what this figure actually is. Is it 14 stone 1? Or 14 stone 10?

I weighed myself last week and I was 14 stone 6 so confused how I've gained 4lbs in a week as I've been trying hard!

It's 14 stone plus 0.1 of a stone. There are 14lbs in a stone so it's 14 plus 1.4 lbs. You've lost weight! (Next time just google 'what is 197 kg in lbs'.)

Thank you! That makes me feel better! I'll remember that for next time! I could have cried when I thought I put on 4 lbs 🙈
