going on holiday in 12 weeks.....

Im at least 3 stone over weight and really dont want to be by the time I go on holiday. I know the basics eat healthy cut out chocolate and takeaways and do some exercise, Im not really into fad diets but any support or advice will be welcomed. Im 21 and being so over weight is utterly depressing

My no 1 tip is to drink loads of water and when I feel like something sweet or a dessert I have a hot drink - decaf tea or hearbal. Try a few and see what you like. Nettle tea is a diuretic and I have it sometimes when feeling a bit heavy.

Such a cliche, but also so important to love your body.Can't stand the idea of you being utterly depressed about weight issues! I find it much easier to eat healthily if I think I look/feel good. And its a vicious circle the other way round, if I think I look rubbish I eat rubbish.

Also listen to your body. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full.
