I need to loose a stone roughly and started doing the WW again. Am a gold member but cant be asked to go back and pay for the privilege to be weighed and I know how it works but could do with some company!

So what are your top tips?

When on WW I always make sure I have portions of soup in the freezer. At the moment have carrot/ginger, garlic and jerusalem artichokes and curried parnsip soup all 0 points and very nice.

I also save up 1-2 points a day if I go out later that week or have a nice meal with DH at home

I do that too
also the little tins of chicken noodle soup are only half a point :O)

I make sure breakfast is branflakes or porridge to fill me up
and i may have baked beans with lunch again to help me last till tea time

big salads take ages to eat so that helps me
sometimes
lol

have you tried the ww wine?

ratatouille. i love the stuff. had a nigel slater recipe, must find it.

lovely, tomatoey, tasty, chunky! and it's mostly veg so very few points or calories.

i have it on pasta, on baked potato, with fish or meat instead of carbs in the evening. you can even just stir in a tin of tuna into it which is quick, tasty, and really low fat. so delish.
