I couldn't find one! Not necessarily weight loss but there's a few things I want to become a habit so thought I would start one
Health issues mean exercise slips a bit when I'm tired so my aiming for 3 x a week went wrong. Here's what I want to do
Take my vitamins daily - need to take iron tablets, vitamin c, multi vitamin and vitamin D high dose
Stop snacking on work days. Weekends I don't even eat 3 meals but work days I seem to crave sugary crap on my breaks so I want to have a clear protein shake instead, or nothing
Exercise weekly - managed this so far for 20 weeks in a row
add more veg/fruit/salad to my lunch on work days
