Self-compassion, negative self-beliefs and BMI

Hi everyone,

I am not sure if it is allowed to post here, but hoping it's ok!

I am a researcher looking at how our early experiences and ability to have compassion for ourselves may be related to the way we think about ourselves, and our BMI. This might help us understand how we can work with people who feel negatively about themselves in this context.

I'm recruiting any woman aged 18 or over to a 10 minute online questionnaire. It's completely anonymous, and your help would be massively appreciated!

Huge thank you if anyone reads and takes part :)

I've completed it.

There was no option to give feedback, so may I suggest that an option between 'not at all' and 'several days' would be useful. I wasn't sure what to go for if it was once or twice (I went for not at all for once and several days for twice but it didn't really sit right). Hopefully that isn't really important though overall.
