I'm with you LMG and I'm def joining this big push for summer. I have a wedding to go to in Aug so I want to be proper slim for that.

Food diary;
porridge, coffee
fish, veg
pasta, green beans, pesto
snacks - yoghurt, fruit

I'm going to add a things to do today to make me get up and on with it;
Urgent paperwork
One more laundry load (done 1)
Clean laundry to put away
Take ds's to library in double buggy so I get to walk
Eve - gym (if dh back in time) or stepper for the whole of Eastenders!

I'm the same LLL, I'm nearly there with the bottom half but not quite but 12's fit quite well at the top.

I can't wait until friday afternoon (i'll be looking gorgeous - hair nails and fake tan will all be done and I'll be feeling thin as af has (i hope) ended now so I've got a couple of days to let the bloatedness go down!)

Really wish I could get weighed this week but no chance we have to be at the airport by 5pm and my weigh in is at 6 I'm going to go the week after though!

hi ladies.... well done LLL and LMG !!]I'm defo going to give it my best in the next few weeks as going on holiday to egypt on the 14th June... only 4 weeks to go.

Lost 1 1/2 lbs today... and very proud of myself as this time last week i was going to throw the towel in.
If i carry on at this rate now instead of 1/2 here and there i might make

It's sunny here.

My scales are saying I'm down to 9.10 but I'm being weighed properly until the 30th so will have to wait and see as long as i'm not more than 9.12 I'll be really happy! If i get down to 9.7 by then I'll be ecstatic!

katy my uncle owned a scrapyard and had geese and an alsation to guard it....family incl me were more frightened of the geese....evil critters, can mash your hand with their beaks...you were right to run!!!! (and he was a tw*t to taunt them)

am now in the 12's at 12st 12lb so am well on track...not sure if that is 2 or three gone this week....i know its 8 altogether in 4 weeks....can you tell i'm pleased with myself?[grin}

bit of a miserable morning here...cold and looks like rain

off to the dentist now....

I thought I might have lost more this week as I felt really good yesterday but it is only one pound. Still it's one pound off rather than on I started in Jan at 13st 1lb, am now 11st 7lb, I should be pleased with that shouldn't I?

a pound is great lll,they all add up

your food menu sounds yummy jahan.i'm just making a pot of no point soup.
i gained 1/2 pound this week.not alot in the grand scheme of things but it made me realise i'm not looking after myself properly.
so i'm starting now!

jahan you have set me thinking about dahl....yum...

am unable to eat at the mo because of dentist's injections.....every little helps...

Mmmm I love dahl. Its soul food. Really nourishing.

Sorry for your 1/2lb on Katy, but you really don't need to worry about it. I think even when we're all on target we'll have fluctuations of 1-2 lb here and there. The important thing is to get back on track asap.

I'm going to the gym later and think I'll walk the kids to the park too.

well, dentist this am and dd's new school this afternoon...nice meeting, made me feel we had made the right choice for her.

food
2 toast, l/f spread and jam
3 boiled sweets
leek,mushroom and potato bake with carrots, cabbage (parp) and roast squash
blackberry crumble and l/f yoghurt
