Well that's finished me off for the day

Did it in 40 mins and blimey it was hot! quite happy with that time, I could have gone quicker but I was waiting for my friend. The aim is to do it next year in 30 mins My hip is hurting now though, god knows what it will be like in another few hours Anyway a good amount of calories burnt this morning I reckon
