thank yooouuuu!
i genuinely dont know how tbh! i would never have even bothered picking up a 12 but it was the biggest size left. literally could not believe it when they went over my fatty thighs and then actually did up! you couldve knocked me down with a feather . i was struggling to get into my 16s start of jan

fatkatyslim · 22/04/2008 20:57

Evening all

Well done Bel, I can't get in a 12 trousers, most of my weight is on my hips and thighs, but I can get in some size 12 skirts and tops

B - 2oz cornflakes, hot water and sugar
L - 4 Ryvita, jam and cottage cheese, 5oz strawberries, 2oz icecream
D - Sweet chilli pork tenderloin, 1 roast pot, carrots, cauliflower and broccolli
S - apple, 1 wm toast, flora light and slice of ham.

I think I am going to sts this week which will really piss me off considering I have done more exercise this week than any other. I have also not gone over 1400 calories any day so I should lose something will just have to hope that next week will be a big loss to make up for it.

fatkatyslim · 22/04/2008 21:29

the scales may surprise you lisa
your menus have been great this week

i had a prawn salad for dinner tonight.it was yummy.
i seem to have spent all evening arguing with dh(inbetween him watching the fooking football)
after yesterdays stress i could do without it tbh but at least i haven't raided the chocolate bars
i might just go to bed in aminute so i don't have to listen to him lol

good morning, are we all going to have another great day?the weather is finally warming up so what a great incentive to step up the weightloss
come on girls,we are nearly there
the boys are of school today so i'm off to pick up dds birthday present and then a day of shopping for a tuxedo for ds1.they have organised a junior prom for all the year 6.bless him,he's really excited and is building up courage to ask a girl in his class if she will go with him.where did my little boy go?

LoveMyGirls · 24/04/2008 07:53

I was doing really well yesterday until i got back from pilates and had my dinner (spag bol) followed by ww yogurt then a ww cake then 5 sports mixtures (though don't think theyre too bad, 5 cals each and no fat) then i had 2 bites of bakewell tart! I was just starving and fancied sweet stuff! That wouldn't have been too bad if i wasn't trying to recover from a really naughty weekend!

Back to being really good again today!

Awww katy, hope he asks her soon and she says yes how sweet! My dd is off school today too so i'll have 4 dc's all day

fatkatyslim · 24/04/2008 08:05

i wouldn't have been able to stop at 5 sports mixtures.i'm a sucker for them and midget gems.i'd have carried on eating them until my teeth were hurting lol

i'm gutted.when i got up it was beautiful sunshine and now it's peeing down.i hate going shopping in the rain

OP posts:
LisaLessLumpy · 24/04/2008 09:58

Peeing it down here too I had planned so much today, oh well, I'll do housework instead, I've got a shit load of ironing to do, I've been putting it off and now I have too much .

We have booked a holiday on June 14th in Cornwall for a week, so that's an earlier goal to work towards, I want to lose 10 pound by then to take me down to 11 stone which is the weight I was when I got married 4 years ago

Mine · 24/04/2008 15:59

its a bit quiet on here today!!

I went out shopping today, bought myself a pair for jeans from TopShop.................. SIZE 12!!!!!

HURRAHHHHHHH!!!
Am very pleased and proud of myself.
they are VERY snug, but topshop jeans are always a bit more snug than most other shops for me.

Must go and start on dinner...... turkey curry.

How is everyone..?????

Jahan · 24/04/2008 19:24

Thats brilliant Mine! Well done! Another size 12!
I thought I was doing ok on WW but I had a sneaky weigh in last night and was 1lb up! I'm hoping its just a blip thing. I know sneaky weigh ins are usually rubbish so fingers crossed!
LLL - well done for your weight loss. Your holiday sounds lovely. Where in Cornwall are you going? I love Cornwall. We're thinking of going again this year. Dh wants a beach holiday abroad but I want to lose weight first. Plus I'd like ds2 to be a bit older so he can enjoy it too and be able to runaround a bit.

Its lovely when the sun comes out. Everyone is so much more positive, upbeat and friendly!

fatkatyslim · 24/04/2008 20:34

hellooooo.
i've just sat my arse down for 2 mins for a drink before i carry on.
i went shopping today NEVER AGAIN my darling boys were a nightmare.they moaned all day and it was them i had gone shopping for.
i packed a big bag of food (with lots of fruit in it for me) and the buggers had scoffed the lot by dinnertime and were moaning the were hungry!
on the plus side all that getting dd and the buggy in and out of the car and then walking to the shops and round the shops must have earned me a couple of bonus points
i also got some curtains for my bedroom for £2.i'm going to put them up in a minute and then sort out dds as hers are falling down.
i've also cleaned the buggy that my sister bought me yesterday.it's a lilac 0 baby and it's lovely.it was a bit dirty as it was only a tenner so i've just given it a scrub and it's come up like new.
i love my bugaboo but it is a pain in the arse when you are in and out of the car.

b 0 point soup lol
l 1/2 an apple ,a bite of a sandwich and a plum(my dd liked my food more than hers)
d the boys had chippy.i had 10 chips and pointed them at 3
i've had loads of water today much to the boys amusement at my face everytime we were in the car and went over a bump
i'm feeling good at the moment.how's everyone else?

you are right about the warmer weather jahan.it does make you feel more positive and stop sneaky peaking at your scales

no your running lisa i think you should easily lose 10 pounds by the time you go away

size 12 mine!!! fantastic.
we are the best dieters in the world

did anyone really think they would stick to it when we started afresh in january?i know we have had alot of dropouts but well done for keeping going and losing so much weight.
xxxxx

Jahan · 24/04/2008 21:05

Katy - you're going to waste away! You've hardly had a thing to eat.
Poor you though. I think boys are programmed with an anti-shopping gene. I remember dh used to laugh as ds1 would burst into tears whenever I took him into a shop even as a baby!
I knew this time round that I really wanted to lose weight. I have been the biggest I have ever been and it got to a point where I was feeling (and still am reall) frumpy and unattractive.
I know I've had hiccups and have done it quite slowly but I was expecting that as ds2 is still only 6months.
My goal was really to be able to say that I'd mor or less got back into shape by the time ds2 was a year old.
(that gives me 5.5 months to lose 2 more stones )

LisaLessLumpy · 24/04/2008 21:29

Today - done 3 hours of ironing, pottered around and then couldn't face a jog so just went for a brisk 2.5 mile walk instead.

B - 2 nimble, jam and cottage cheese
L - 4 ryvita, jam and cottage cheese
D - 2 w/m toast and flora light, 2 slices ham, banana
S - ds1's choc easter egg ( a few bits) 1 hovis biscuit, 1 choc chip cookie, 1 glass of fizz.

Not a great day healthy food wise

fatkatyslim · 24/04/2008 22:01

i've got a pizza coming at 11pm.only a small one but it will do for my supper tonight and lunch with salad tomorrow
i gave myself a year aswell jahan.dd is 1 next wednesday and i am a stone and a half lighter than when i got pregnant.i don't know what i weighed when i gave birth as i stopped getting on the scales when they hit 15stone.i blame a crappy boss and spd making me eat chips and gravy every day

lisa anychance of you doing my ironing?
i iron as i go but do try and do it the night before on weekdays as i have to be uop and out.

i've managed to get all my jobs done so i can chill out and watch greys anatomy.when i went to see sil the other day (who i didn't see as i couldn't take dd in as she has an infection)i kept expecting to see mcdreamy walking down the corridor but no such look
