Can you fly with Wegovy and if so, how?

I’m due to fly in June and will be away when I’m due to inject, is it possible to fly with it and if so, what do I need to do?

Yes. Keep it in your hand luggage. I usually put it in a separate clear bag. Make sure your details are in it to show it’s a prescription in your name. It’s never been a problem for me.

Same as flying with insulin presumably, just put it in the clear plastic bag in the tray as you go through security

It looks like Wegovy needs to be kept like insulin, in refridgerated until used then normal temperature up to 28 days.

I dont bother with clear bags , i just warn security i have needles and insulin and stick my medical bag in the tray.
