SICK OF IT

I have just been to pick the kids up, from walking from the house to the car my jeans were almost falling down. This happens all the time, I can nver find jeans to fit me. I am between a size 12 and 14. If I wear a 12 they are horribly tight and I end up with stomach ache. If I wear a 14 they're stupidly big and I end up looking stupid and scruffy.

I really am sick of this. How do I get off those few inches so that the 12s fit properly?

silly question, but could you get a belt? and wear it with size 14?

...alas, I too had this problem...it's eating only 1500 calories a day and doing at least 200 calories of exercise a day, including weights which did the trick for me but it was SOOOOOOOOOOO hard to motivate myself!
You lose 1kg a month this way.
I got one of those fancy weight/body fat/metabolic rate scales to chart my progress and strictly weighed myself monthly.
Oh, no chocolate!
It was hell.
BUT now I have lots more muscle, less body fat and my basal metabolic rate has raised so now I can eat 2000 calories a day without putting on weight, before I started I could barely eat 1600 a day without it putting on weight!
