I am nearly 3 months in to Wegovey, currently on 1.0 dose. I have unexpectedly got my period today making my cycle this month 15 days. This has never happened to me before, my cycle is always between 26-28 days. I am wondering if this is side effect of Wegovey and whether anyone else has experienced similar? or whether it's an age thing (46) and down to perimenopause.
