I get overwhelmed and cross by traditional dieting. I’m going to improve one thing each week to build a better overall diet.
This week I’m stopping Diet Coke, next week I’ll continue that and add another habit change, and so on.
Anyone want to join in? I don’t want this to turn into a thread where people post stats and their food for the day, that’s exactly the diet mindset I want to avoid. Just one thing, for a week.
