I know race photos are notoriously unflattering, but good god ! Dreadful one today. I’ve calculated my deficit as being about 1600 cals, thinking if I split this into my x3 or even x2 meals a day, prioritise protein this should help me shift the weight first without impacting too much on my running. I usually do one longer run of 20k at a weekend, a 10k and then one or two 5ks. I’m going to try and knock the alcohol on the head for the next month or so.
Anyone done / doing similar and wants support or can motivate me with success story ? Hoping to lose about a stone, run faster , and most shallow, look better in the race photos !!!!
