Cambridge one to one restart- anyone else

I've restarted the Cambridge one to one diet this week in preparation for my summer holiday.

My goal is to lose 2.5 stone by the end of June.

Last time I did this diet I lost 3.5 stone in 4 months so I know it works but I'm a little older, fatter and have a child in tow now!
The weight has slowly crept back on over the last 3 years.

My official weigh in is on Tuesday but I weighed myself this morning and have lost 5lbs.

Starting weight - 14 stone 1.25 lbs

@GinFizz3489 it is really hard isn't it. But keep at it! Ill admit its tough to say no, I'm managing to stay on plan so far, today is day 12, but I feel like the cravings are so bad the last few days. Any food I prepare for the family I so badly want to scoff. This is totally a mental battle for me as I don't feel hungry hardly at all
