Wegovy versus Mounjarno

Hi. Has anybody used both and can compare? I've used Wegovy and did lose weight but the headaches were awful and I just couldn't function properly so had to stop. I'm wondering if I should give Mounjarno a go but can't seem to find any comparisons.

I've used both, I had horrendous side effects on Wegovy, vomited constantly, didn't lose much weight and it also trashed my gallbladder. Mounjaro has been much kinder to me and I've lost more weight on it (though I am not one of those people who've lost like a stone a week, it's been very steady).
