Regretting my tummy tuck

I had a tummy tuck a couple of years ago, mainly because I had loose skin on my stomach from having three children and I had a weird bulge from bowel surgery which was visible under clothing. I have recently started to regret it as I feel I had a better shape before (despite the lose skin) i seem to struggle to lose weight ever since despite always being able to drop weight fast. My thighs are a lot bigger since the TT too. I absolutely hate the way I look and it's making me not want to eat so I avoid putting on weight. Although eating as little as possible seems to have no effect either. Does anyone else regret having a tummy tuck? If I could go back I wouldn't do it

You're going to get old anyway may as well be fat and happy - eat a brownie 😋

I can’t speak for a tummy tuck, but if you are struggling with weight loss, it’s not always about eating as little as possible 💜 hormones, sleep, stress and water intake all have a huge impact on being able to lose weight! The best think I ever did was get a good online coach to support me in my training and nutrition, and keep me accountable, and also make sure I was eating enough! Turns out I was eating way less than I actually needed and as soon as I upped my calories and started moving more it had a big impact!
