My nana always kept herself really well and in the correct bmi! I said Nan how did you ever do it?? Very short very hard weight to maintain 8stone her I only ate my evening Meals so I would fill up on coffee fizzy drinks In the day evening wine and whatever I fancied!
Anywho it was Killer at first but after a week I got used to and excited about my one meal a day! Of WHATEVER I wanted and I have lost 4 pound in 3 weeks with a bmi starting at 27! Not BAD!
Has anyone else used this technique?
