New one my Nana! Words of wisdom

My nana always kept herself really well and in the correct bmi! I said Nan how did you ever do it?? Very short very hard weight to maintain 8stone her I only ate my evening Meals so I would fill up on coffee fizzy drinks In the day evening wine and whatever I fancied!

Anywho it was Killer at first but after a week I got used to and excited about my one meal a day! Of WHATEVER I wanted and I have lost 4 pound in 3 weeks with a bmi starting at 27! Not BAD!

Has anyone else used this technique?

that is amazing I am considering trying this. Is it hard though throughout the day do you get lightheaded x

Initially a tiny bit I have a protein pot in the day if I need it but the key is hydration tbh I don’t drink full fat fizzy plenty of squash water cherry Pepsi max sweetener in my coffee instead of sugar and when you get to the main meal of whatever you fancy you can never finish it!! It’s working very well I’m finding as I’m not feeling restricted in any way what so ever because come evening meal I’m having whatever I want! So good! Xxx

Go on the fasting threads, lots of people do OMAD (one meal a day)
