Low Carb, Low Calorie Soup Recipes

I'm low carb but found recently that LCHF wasn't working as well so I've had to start calorie counting as well. As I am short, I am finding in order to lose, I need to be at 1300 calores max, whereas I never had to watch the calories and fat before.

I'm wanting to batch make soups for lunch, so does anyone have any nice recipes?

I'm liking the sound of lasagne (without the pasta) or enchilada or chilli soup, but these might be too high calorie.

Anything else I'm finding online has potato and/or carrot.

I have a soup maker so I just chuck everything in but one I'm quite enjoying at the moment is one chopped leek and left over broccoli stalks chopped up and chucked in with a bit of pesto and some marigold powder - top up with water and cook until the stalks are soft then blitz. I usually have a small dollop of greek yoghurt and a bit of salt on it to make it taste as if it has cheese in.

Celery and celeriac is really nice but I'm not sure if that has a different effect from potato?

Thanks, isn't that too celery-ey though?

That sounds nioce but I haven't got a hand blender, or a soup maker. I might just stick with chicken and mushroom.

Oooh, I've got one: roasted red pepper and tomato. Potato-free and delicious.

Thanks, isn't that too celery-ey though?

It's delicious, the celery enhances the flavour of the celeriac if you get the balance right. I think the celeriac season is over now, though. And it does need a hand blender.
