OP - Zoe seems to be just an expensive way to worry yourself over normal fluctuations in blood sugar levels. Don't waste your money.

I did Zoe. The blood sugar monitoring was great and really interesting. The blood test didn't work and they didn't offer to redo which I thought was disappointing for the cost. The other test was mixed and the information basically said don't eat too much of anything.

There was some useful stuff on order of eating and combining but I personally get the same from the glucose goddess or Tim Spector's book.
