I'm so tired and about a stone heavier than I want to be but I can't summon up the energy to sort myself out! I've got a bit of an exercise plan but can anyone point me in the direction of a really easy to follow meal plan to shed a bit of weight and increase energy?
Currently I eat healthily for a day or two then get busy and tired and start snacking on rubbish and it all goes out of the window. I need instructions to follow!
I don't have any dietary restrictions.
