Diet plan for weight loss and more energy

I'm so tired and about a stone heavier than I want to be but I can't summon up the energy to sort myself out! I've got a bit of an exercise plan but can anyone point me in the direction of a really easy to follow meal plan to shed a bit of weight and increase energy?

Currently I eat healthily for a day or two then get busy and tired and start snacking on rubbish and it all goes out of the window. I need instructions to follow!

I don't have any dietary restrictions.

The NHS do free plans and have an app with ideas for foods.

I don’t follow any specific plan but I have worked out what I need to eat to keep me going and full of enough energy, trial and error, but I started out with Noom originally which was useful you can do a 2 week free trial?

I feel your pain, I’ve found it so hard in the past to stick to diet plans, especially when you have to cook from scratch. At the moment I’m using Lions Prep in the week, it’s all pre-prepared and portion controlled. Was pleasantly surprised as thought it wouldn’t be fresh or could taste a bit bland but it’s actually really tasty! They normally have a new customer offer too.

My advice would be to focus on getting your fibre up. Base meals on fruit, veg, good fats and lean proteins. Spend some time meal planning and try not to give yourself restrictions. If you want a biscuit, have a biscuit. And enjoy the exercise you choose to do! And if you're eating well, getting your fitness in, feeling good but still a stone over what you'd like to be - fuck it! Works for me!
