Hi could anyone give me some high protein snack ideas please? I can't eat nuts unfortunately.

I have been known to eat a full tub of Longley Farm cottage cheese in one go.

Cold boiled eggs. Make them yourself or most supermarkets sell them in packs of two, ready peeled.

Smoothie with protein powder? Can add fruit/peanut butter to switch up flavours.

Cut the snacks and eat more at mealtimes. Think food volume and you won't be hungry.

Cheese is always the answer

Chia pudding made with coconut milk.
Hard boiled eggs straight, cold, or hot, mashed in a cup with good quality butter. Or devilled, with tuna for extra protein.
Edamame beans
Most canned fish, tuna, salmon, sardines etc
Roasted chickpeas are great if your looking for some crunch. I do them in the airfryer.
Cheese crackers, just squares of cheese on greaseproof paper, melted until crispy then cooled. Great for Philly spread and cucumber
Full fat greek yogurt (not greek style). Higher in fat but lower in sugar and more filling :)

Cheese roll ups.

Slices of bendy cheese (eg, Edam), rolled up with sliced meat such as ham or turkey.

I take a small pot filled with cheese, walnuts and olives to work most days, but I do try really hard not to snack at home as it ends up adding to your calorie intake very quickly. And home made roasted chickpeas are nice - I sprinkle mine with smoked paprika and rosemary.
