Hello

I want to start using one of the weight loss medications but
a) dunno which one
B) very anxious about side effects especially the serious ones (I can cope with headaches and nausea)

Can anyone advise? I'm 196lbs in my 30s and have tried your traditional methods but feel like I want a head start!

Hi, I've just started on Mounjaro. One week in today, and have lost 3kg (6.6lb). I'm 5'1 with a starting wait of 79 kg.

My main symptoms have been body aches and skin sensitivity (a bit like when you have a virus or flu) and a bit of diarrhoea within an hour of eating crisps ( but ok on other foods).

Mileage very much varies. There is an active Mounjaro thread which you might find helpful

I've been in Wegovy since November and I'm 3 stone down. Side effects were a big difficult to begin with (sickness) but no issues now, except a bit of constipation sometimes. I would 100% recommend Wegovy. Its incredible!

I do want this help, 56yr old, size 18/20, 5ft5. Have tried it all and just can’t shift it.
but I can’t afford £200pm and I worry about what happens when I stop.

@Ilovethewild have you tried Berberine? Read up on it for weight loss. Some people refer to it as Natures Ozempic...I have started and it's slow but steady it seems
