What's classed as high protein while low it saturated fats?

Thinking more for salad toppings...

Like today I had salad and had feta in it. But trying to keep sat fats below 10g a day as I have high cholesterol.

I know I could just take the feta out but then I worry I will be hungry. What's good???

These are generally considered high protein low fat foods.

  • Lean meats.
  • Seafood.
  • Beans.
  • Soy.
  • Low-fat dairy.
  • Eggs.
You could replace the feta with spicy cooked chicken or cottage cheese, but I think that would be a bit tasteless on its own.
