Hi all, I’m starting the Cambridge 1:1 diet on Tuesday (just waiting for products to arrive!) and wondered if there’s anyone out there looking to join me? Plan is to reach my goal weight by summer and work then on a healthy transition to maintenance. I know it’s easy to yo yo on VLC diets but this is about a mindset and long lasting change for me

I'm trying but it's very hard. I'm not making a good job of it, keep being tempted by actual food. I live with 4 male constant snackers and eaters. Temptation is always around.

Hi looking for updates on the people below if you would and could share your results. I’m currently 12st and 5ft6. I have put a stone on very quickly and feel so rubbish. Would love to lose a good stone and a half if possible.

I’m thinking of doing the strict product diet with them. Not sure if that’s 1a or 1b but I’m going g to order soon

I tried it a couple of times and was miserable on it and wasn’t a success for me.

Im now on mounjaro and a much easier path I’m finding.

Hi All I did this plan 15yrs ago on step 1A which was just called sole sourcing of 3 products a day back then. I lost 11lb in my first week. But there was too much restriction and I easily fell off the wagon.
Role on 15yrs later and I've restarted on Thursday. Due to the sheer change of the plan, products and the way the consultants operate (alot are trending on social media doing reels/stories and daily posts, they have WhatsApp groups to keep morale and most work remotely as well, so consultations are done over video call).
I have 3 products a day and a meal I make myself or I can have one of their ready meals made with real food.

Step 1a - 3 products a day
Step 1b - 4 products a day
Step 2 - 3 products a day plus a small meal
Step 3 - 2 products plus a salad and a larger meal and a milk allowance
step 4 - 2 products plus a salad and an even larger meal and a milk allowance plus an extra 100cal snack
Step 5 - 1 product a day plus 1300 further cals divided up during the day in meals/snacks.
Step 6 - is the above but on the maintenence step

I would definitely recommend you take a look at my consultant getslimwithgem on social media.

Hi. Just wanted to update.
I’ve been on this plan properly since early November and I’ve lost a stone but I’ve lost inches. I feel great. It’s hard but once I’m in the right mindset I enjoy it. I really need to change my step. I just find it easier sticking to the three products whilst working and it helps me maintain. Really need to add some exercise in as I have a holiday coming up. I’m so glad I started it if I’m honest. Some days are better than others. I still fall off the wagon and binge but get right back into it. Hoping to get half a stone off before my holiday. Surprised how well some of my old clothes fit me
