Filling low calorie lunch?

I’m getting a bit bored of my go-to soup with cracker breads and cottage cheese, although it is quite filling at 250 calories. I started off with a higher calorie lunch but that doesn’t work for me as I get bored and eat snacks anyway. So now I allow myself 3 x 100cal snacks through the day too.

Anyone have a lunch they like that is under 300 cals?

My lunch today was two slices of seeded wholemeal bread, half a tin of chopped tomatoes and 2 clementine. This came to 330 calories.
I often have a slice of toast and scrambled egg. Or mushrooms and fried eggs. I swap for different fruits. Sometimes have a small jacket potato and baked beans. A small portion of pasta with a homemade tomato sauce and add in some protein.
I usually eat lunch at 12 and eat tea between 5-6 but don't snack between.

At work I like convenience and can't do with meal prepping, so I go with those packs of pre-cooked chicken mini fillets. Aldi do 180g packs in various flavours (BBQ, Piri Piri, Mexican, Plain etc), so I have a pack of that for lunch and pair it with a low fat yoghurt.
The pack of chicken averages 225 Cals, and the Yoghurt 75 Cals. I find that chicken is pretty good at being a 'filling' food, and the sweetness from the yoghurt is enough to curb any snacking.

Egg white omelette is a go to for me. High protein so filling and low calorie. I always have loads of veg on the side too.

Omelette is my go to as well. Mushroom, peppers, tomatoes etc and usually a bit of ham. I like a bit of cottage cheese on the side for extra protein and almost like a sauce, it's extra nice with a bit of chopped spring onion mixed in. I sometimes have baked beans on the side, or a salad if I have some in.
I know you wanted a change from soup OP but lentil dahl is one of my favourite lunches for the filling factor, extra spicy with some greek yoghurt on top. It's more like a curry than a soup.
Or I'll buy the small loaves of bread and make a sandwich. Use extra light mayo instead of butter, a low cal filling like ham or lean beef and add things like gherkin, jalapeno, beetroot for a bit of interest.

This has been my lunch most days since being on mission ‘be a less fat bride.’

Although it doesn’t sound much, it is essentially a sandwich, crisps and fruit. I have it around 13:30 as I kind of do IF so don’t eat breakfast until 10. It sorts me out til dinner time. The unidentified ‘20’ is the lettuce, cucumber and tomato I add to the sandwich thin.

I like 2 x poached eggs on a piece of toast and usually with either a slice of chicken breast or some avocado on the toast.
