Hi,
I am really struggling with my weight (and therefore my health) at the moment. I am starting afresh every single day but am struggling hugely with motivation. I've joined various diet clubs in the past, but over the past 4 years or so have managed to maintain a weight I was happy with alone. However I have gained a lot during the past 9-12 months and really would like to shift it for health as well as vanity reasons.
I have no interest in joining something such as Slimming World or Weight Watchers, and definitely don't want any meal replacement plans but I do feel that being accountable to someone other than myself would help me hugely. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you
