Want to lose weight fast and thinking about Cambridge diet or 1:1 diet they call it now.
I am 13 stone and five foot.
Has anyone got any experience of this and how easy/hard it is?

I was thinking of doing it and came on here to see how others got on. I originally did it in 2010 and went from 16 stone to 12 over 4 months. I then followed a low carb/Paleo diet. Managed this very well for 8 years then had a few big changes- left work to look after my dad (dementia). He then died, then lockdown etc. For three years I have been in a very sedentary job. I am now up to 14 stone which has happened over 5 years. I feel that Cambridge will reset me.
How did anyone else do?
