Might have totally wasted my money but I literally just signed up to Zoe. Not done the test or anything yet.

The main reason I’m posting is I can on here and randomly found a referral code so got 10% off and I guess the random person will get something too (I think a month free or something). Here’s my code in case anyone is thinking of it: https://joinzoe.mention-me.com/m/ol/rg4bk-2065a59a31

it may be a total waste of money but keen to see if my gut is at all healthy after two kids and heading into mid 40s rapidly!!!

Get 10% off at ZOE.

I keep looking at Zoe and I'm so undecided. Will be interested to see if you find it useful.

I did exactly the same!!! Have completed the questionnaire about 9 times but finally pulled the trigger today. Will update you once the pack arrives…..

@petiteange28 thanks for sharing the code. How are you finding it? I’m curious but seems so expensive….

petiteange28 · 26/04/2024 07:58

Hi, in all honesty the test is really interesting (good to know I have bad gut health but then I think everyone does) but I don’t think it is worth the money IMO.

Thanks for being honest! I did a gut microbiome test few years ago so feel reluctant to shell out again. Have you found the blood sugar monitoring useful?

petiteange28 · 26/04/2024 11:19

@LucyDC yes I did but I guess it was all as I expected really anyway…..don’t eat chocolate….exercise after carbs helps keep blood sugar down etc.

Thanks - I’ll keep my pennies (and pounds!) for something else!
