Breakthrough bleeding on wegovy

I’ve searched the threads and can’t find anything about this, but sorry if it’s already been covered. Does anyone else experience breakthrough bleeding for 3-4 days after injecting? I’m on my 8th week of 0.5 and have noticed this the last 3 weeks. It seems to die down as the wegovy gets out of my system. The bleeding is very very light and almost like a dark brown discharge. Should I be worried?

Did this resolve for you OP? I’m on HRT and not supposed to bleed at all, yet now am doing so every month, arguably heavier than I was before!

You should get this checked with your GP. If you change any element of your HRT you can bleed for up to 6 months while it settles down.

Your GP may refer you for a scan.
