Mysimba / other prescriptions - do online pharmacies verify BMI?

I'm contemplating looking into an online prescription for weight loss meds, but wouldn't reach the threshold of being obese with my BMI - I'm around mid overweight. Are online pharmacies very strict with having to have a BMI of over 30? Would they even check?

From reading other threads, lots do and require a photo of you also to confirm your suitability.

I'd be interested to know if there is anywhere which isn't?

They're all required to do some kind of check. Some are more thorough than others.

Not sure if it helps but for Wegovy you can be prescribed it if you are 27 BMI (which looks around mid-overweight to me) if you have a weight-related health condition like:

Lloyds Pharmacy ask for videos and MedExpress photos I think.

This is Welbutrin (anti depressant/stop smoking med) mixed with Naltrexone?

I know long list of side effects with Welbutrin mainly seizures and other worrying stuff. Does Naltrexone offset these? I will read up but this combined med seems to have side effects played down so wonder how safe it is?

Maybe combined with Naltrexone, it is less of a risk? Has anyone any insights?

I considered ordering Mysimba to try, but after reading a few threads on here and joining the facebook support group I decided against it. Most people reported that it stopped working fairly quickly, and that they had awful headaches and vomiting the whole time they were taking it
