Wegovy dose question

I started on wegovy four weeks ago. Just taken my fourth dose of 0.25. I didn’t have any adverse side effects until this latest dose and since taking it I’ve been feeling quite nauseous. It feels like morning sickness (which it definitely isn’t). Not pleasant.

My next box of four injections has arrived 0.50 and I’m wondering whether I can use the new meds but inject using the 0.25 dosage pen instead of the 0.50 dosage pen.

I’m concerned how much sicker I’ll feel if I’m injecting twice as much. Any advice would be much appreciated.

You can do whatever you want to do you don’t have to move up to 0.5 if you aren’t ready to. I started during the shortages last last and stayed on 0.25mg for 2 months then moved to 0.5 but the sickness was worse so I stopped taking it

Hi OP, I should have had my first 0.5mg this week but decided to half the dose not because I've had side effects but because 0.25 is working well for me and I don't want to have any side effects. I'm planning to move up if and when I start getting hungry.
